2024/05/15 Before you adopt a defensive stance where a certain discussion is concerned, try to agree within yourself why youre doing so. You might be accepting blame for something you know isnt your fault but can bring an improvement through having a chance to do it your way. Dont accept responsibility only because you believe you might have a chance to ensure somethings finally done properly. Thats letting someone off the hook who should be doing whatever-it-is properly!
