2024/11/27 Some people are able to spot flaws in the most complex and established systems. Most people are quite happy to go along with what has been put in place in the belief whoever created the rules or systems did so with at least one good reason. In your eyes, an accepted way of doing something leaves much to be desired. Your voice can be heard regarding improvements but only if you dont simply highlight only the problems. Its your solution someone wants to hear.
