2022/01/26 We cant change the past but we can change our attitude toward what occurred. If we want to nurture resentment or anger, then thats easily done. We just need to keep repeating in our minds our reasons for feeling slighted or aggrieved. Yet, the same process works where healing is concerned. Try to shift focus on resentment attached to the past and consider what letting go of it might accomplish. The sky implies this can be delightfully heartwarming.
