2024/12/02 Criticism, no matter how well-intended it is, can be difficult to hear and accept. Some people know how to offer it positively and constructively. Others, well, they fail to grasp the concept of offering it a motivational way in the belief its best to make very clear what were doing wrong and what we should be doing correctly in their eyes. Even if you take criticism coming your way with a pinch of salt, at least pretend to be listening. Whats being said could actually have some validity.
